I think $50 bucks is a pretty good deal for a computer. Unless you plan to play games, there is no really good reason to buy a brand new computer. It'll just be out of date before you know it. If you need it for the internet and word processing, a 4 year old computer is just fine, and for $50...

Armada

Just chiming in here. Does anyone know when the show is actually due to come out? I'm guessing not, because this is all fairly new. I think the show should be based on the Kilrathi War, but centred on a different ship and crew, with references made to the things we all know and love from the...

Confed Dreadnoughts Isn't the Vesuvius a dreadnought?

I'd go with: TCS Enterprise because i like the name and i'm a big trekkie.

No, Jaresh Inyo was the president of the UFP in DS9 episodes "Homefront" and "Paradise Lost"

I liked the Wraith and the Dralthi. I don't know why i like the Drathi....

I'm not sure about this, but wasn't Hamill the voice of Merlin, the onboard computer for the Rapiers in the WC movie. In the credits, Merlin appears as ?, but i remember hearing that Hamill did the voice.

I think you've got it wrong, Silencer. Three words keep Toronto together GO LEAFS GO!!!

TC, you've never heard Toronto refered to as the Centre of the Universe? It doesn't matter, never mind. They did film X-Files in Vancouver. They film alot of things in Toronto because it can be made to pass for a city like New York or Detroit in movies, but it is much cheaper to film in...

I guess i never thought of that, Ghost. Good point. But still, don't you think a not so long ago state-of-the-art fighter would still be in active service? Again, like you said, maybe it was, and it just wasn't assigned to the Victory. [Edited by Glenford Doofus on 05-29-2001 at 23:40]

A couple of things... What happened to the Morningstar? Wasn't the jump in time between WC2 and WC3 only 4 years? I find it hard to believe that a state-of-the-art fighter like the Morningstar would be obsolete after only 4 years of service. I'm not sure about the jump in time, so please...

I meant that Torontonians, and other Canadians call Toronto the Centre Of The Universe. So yes, in Canada's own little universe, we are the centre :)

I'm from Toronto, Canada. We are sometimes called the Centre Of The Universe, although i can't imagine why.......

Thanks for clearing that up for me.
