The thing is that the design of Banshee does not seem in line with the rest of the human-designed ships in the game. I also was disappointed with the borderworlds mostly relying on "outdated" confed tech, so I would expect them to be flying Hornets, Scimitars en Raptors. I read once it happened...

Don't forget "Todd -Manic- Marshall" and the "Kill-Wraith-y"

The component is "target track", and any hit on it results in damege: destroyed. The problem is in the last mission(the starbase), you are there with your fully decked out Sabre with Torpedo refit, just front armor mostly gone and Target Track destroyed. And no way to win. And reloading that...

WC1: Asteroids seemingly crashing into you, even when you are at 250k/s WC2: Getting yout ITTS taken out by either Thrakhath or the Drakai, so you can't torpedo the final base. Academy: I don't really see it as a game, more like a mission editor Armada: Should have had a campaign. WC3: The...

Great job on the video editing.. but the space station in the end of it?

I always thought the combat behind star wars was more in line with WW1 combat?

Well, probably both of us had experince in the first two wing commanders, x-wing, and other space/flight combat games. At that day the moment i got my hand on "the precious", and an upgrade set(8MB of ram, new motherboard and IBM 80Mhz 486DX2) from thesame computer resellers fair, I had to...

Use neogenesis for the emulation, now for the controls, that runs the sega cd version just fine, you can use joy2key to whatever controller you would like.. but keep this in mind, the controls were mapped with specifically the genesis controller in mind, so mapping to an actual joystick might...

When I fly with friends for voice chat we use our own discord, since voice chat ingame is a mess, I have to hear peoples households, or just loud static since they appear to have no idea they their mikes are open, mind you you can mute individual people's voice activity on the scoreboard or...

To be honest I will see it when it's done, I guess. I will not follow the development any further, since I was expecting to play the first chapter of SQ42 5 years ago now, all the expansions like trading and farming on a planet, are not my interests in gaming. Once they are done and release the...

I think the easy way to do that would be for the Z-axis: 0-10%=Full stop, 10-40% is decrease, 40-60%=nothing, 60-75%=increase, 75-95%=max, 95-100%=Afterburner.. Don't think adding an analogue axis would be easy.

Star wars: Squadron's with it's campaign gives a modern idea, but was not overly excited about the story. The multiplayer however is great and there are plenty of players. Starlancer you can give some graphical/audio updates yourself, and you have to go find some friends to set up multiplayer...

Well, the stalemate is that there is (nearly) nobody logging in. We can't ask money for a fanbased game build off a known copyrighted IP OR money for the underlying services used, and I do not think EA is in the market for a construction for us to do so, why it would take money is in the next...

No problem guys, but I honestely wish we used this server to it's full potential! Ahh, both of us are busy...

If anything Squadrons has proven since it's release, it is that the enthousiasm for the combat space sim is still there, and with making the game crossplatform you have a solid player base.. Then again Wing Commander's(main games) in general promised great(and expensive to make) campaigns, I do...

EMM386 but also loading dos in the HMA, you needed as much base memory as possible for the cockpit animations and ofcourse expanded memory.. and you could still "speed up" by messing around with the turbo button and then repressing ingame, resulting in the game running much faster, lol, good...

Received and awnsered..

1976Mace is my EA ID

No problem :p , but you do know the actual trick is to get one Fralthra to fire on the other, the one that blows up leaves the other damaged and easy to finish off..
