Great work!

A species with a long life span could have a long puberty; you're talking about a decade all in all for humans until they finally stop growing and become fully mature.

Isn't that a Kilrathi taunt?

Now, if we can put that into the cutscene generator...

My idea does involve singing.

My answer was actually "No"; I copied all the game files to another directory and launched from the shortcut in there (which I have changed the path of). I tried again and it still didn't work.

Yes, most notably the Bengal-class.

I copied into the folders for the second copy and launched the EXE from there.

Yes, to both questions.

I've saved it and generated the files again, but am still getting the original cutscenes when playing the game.

When I ran the game, the cutscene was exactly the same.

I tried editing a cutscene and overwriting the Breifing.ooo file (on a copy of the game, not my first one), but it didn't work. Will come back to this in a while once it's a bit clearer.

Glad to see this is out; any chance of a user guide in the near future?

I'll say nothing more than it involves Colonel Halcyon... singing.

I actually have a slightly more twisted idea...

New chapter now up: http://phoenix.reide96.com/viewtopic.php?pid=58354#p58354

Any update on this?

Good stuff - did you have any particular issues with the translation?

It's the play-by-post RPG I run; I might try to do a YouTube summary video or something.

Just saw your video; awesome stuff! Will have to see if someone can work it for Wing Commander: From The Ashes.
