Ja. I tend to avoid the six-pack of the Jalthi, even in the Raptor. Two or three shots and you go boom.

Taking the Kilrathi head-on also worked out much better with the Raptor than the Rapier. Your armor held up and you stood a much better chance of dropping at least one ship on the first pass, if not two (assuming they were Salthi's or Dralthi's).

Was there ever any evidence to suggest that Kilrathi fighters or bombers (besides Thrakhtah's Bloodfang in WC-II) sported tractor beams and/or cargo holds like Confed's Broadsword and Crossbow?

Oh, and in regards to your first question, while I have no clue why the Jalthi hasn't shown up in mods, don't forget about it's little sister, the Hriss. The engines on the Hriss weren't as big a target, but that thing packed one helluva punch with that mass-driver/neutron gun combo.

I thought Sky from WC-II was pretty sad; you get her and Shelton on one of the missions where you fly an Epee. If you can avoid the both of them shooting you down, they'll both usually wind up dying somewhere along the way. Though I usually shoot her down myself once just to hear her death...

Somewhere on the CIC, I could have sworn that all the mission briefings and such, at least for WC-1, were all listed (dialogue, etc.) along with the possible # of kills and available medals per mission. Can someong repoint me in the right direction? I musta gone blind or something...

The Gratha weren't ugly. I thought they were pretty cool looking...probably because they remind me of an F-14 Tomcat (somewhat).
