brilliant stuff I cant wait :)

sorry for resurrecting a VERY old thread - but does anyone know of a way to get Gemini Gold to work on widescreen monitors but letterboxed? (i.e. not stretched) ?

May this perchance be applied to Strike Commander one day? :D

OK can I just say this is incredible - I would be very happy if some form of 'frames in between' or even motion blur could be added, as obv playing on our progressive LCDs feel very strange compared to my beloved old idek iiyama VisionMaster. But even in its current state, I am blown away and...

actually ignore me, I had forgotten to add some dlls, including the libvlc ones - got it running now - having trouble configuring joystick but I think ill get through it :p

giving this a go as it looks ace - however - how do I force it to retain 4:3 (and preferbaly integer) I know theres switches for DOSBox etc, but I presume as this is Kilrathi Saga based/Win 95 they won't work? Thanks for any help Bappy

nice one on getting KS - I love how the sides of the CD cases make up 'The Kilrathi Saga' when piled in right order

yeh WCIII, Strike Commander and Privateer were some of the first things I ever played on my Pentium 90 - I would say though that just about WCIV is my favourite just because of the incredible change sides bit, the amazing part where that huge ship flies by when you're on that secret base (yes I...

cool thanks - Ill give that other build of the patch a go :)

OK i have managed to find the ' Wing Commander Prophecy - Enhancement Pack - EXPERIMENTAL VERSION' by HCl, but now I am unable to run the 'install.exe. to apply the high res patch - has anyone found a solution for this in Windows 7 32-bit? any help is much appreciated

OK ive recently got Windows 7 and am very impressed at how most WC stuff seems to overall just work - I have Prophecy running fine in software mode - but Direct3D makes it all trailly (like a hall of mirrors type effect) - so em I suppose this thread is a double question - is there a glide...

man im looking forward to getting it working though - the month this mod was announced i bought HW2 specifically for it :)

sorry, but I cant get it to run or im missing something i downloaded the file, put it in bin/release and opened it the clicked launch wheni get to homeworld menu then and choose either singleplayer or multiplayer, normal ship models load

press ctrl alt del to bring up the task manager go to processes - right click wc3.exe or wotever and set to the desired priority

yeh dont dare defend yourself in here

thanks for that - i never even got by the set project up install type stuff eheh :)

oh ok now im confused eheh - well i think i know what you mean :) yeah the Byzantine church was incredible looking - did you play it with the commentary on aswell?

well what I mean would be for example, create 8 sided brush (and make a copy of it), and then intersect it with the 4 sided -brush (wall) and then do a boolean to subtract it from the wall, then get the copy of that octagonal bit, hollow it and place it where the chopped out bit is. I think...

are there reliable easy-to-use boolean options in Hammer?
