I haven't had time just yet to sit down and organise things. But I've got about 3-4 Confed starter boxes full of doubles so far. The Kilrathi ones I've got a couple of missile/weapon system doubles. Just posting this as an update so you don't think I've forgotten. What were you interested in...

Hi all. I never bought these games but I'm interested to know if there are any pictures of Kilrathi from these two games. I'm curious as to how the art guys depicted them, given how different Super Wing Commander was compared to the first two games.

Here here. To try and help out I'm going to consult a teacher at my university I'm at and see if they can offer any ideas about where models like this can be made. If this person doesn't know I'm all out of ideas.

Any online articles that I might find this information? I never did read much stuff on the movie.

They don't have any uhh.... second hand resin you can get?

Did Chris Roberts ever make a truthful personal comment on how the movie turned out? Did he say how he wanted it to fit in the universe? Did he reach all his goals in the movie? Was he able to portray his initial idea of Wing Commander properly?

Yep I was after the movie ones but I'd settle for the others. The reason I chose them was because I was thinking of an idea recently mentioned. Measuring the peices and then simply cutting them out of plastic and assembling myself. I know I wouldn't mind an Excalibur sitting on my desk. Then...

I suppose that makes sense. The torpedo locks took a while. There'd be no point using afterburners when you gota fly slow and steady. Same reason you wouldn't see someone dogfighting in a Flying Fortress. :)

I've been revisiting Wing Commander 2 lately (since I'm having a break from Capitalism 2 and World of Warcraft) and there was something that crossed my mind that I didn't really think about the first time through, the Broadsword's lack of afterburners. I realised it when I went to increase my...

We never had any problems with flight suits or Confederation logos on merchendise?

Surely there is someone that would be willing todo it.

Hehehe. I was gonna be a bit modest and settle for something similar to the one Captain Sansky had in his quarters.

Well Navy ranks around the world seem very similar. I mean heck we all wear whites. So when trying to create a "Terran Confederation", it's best to try and create a realistic image. The one thing I dislike about Wing Commander is the Army ranks for the Space Forces. I'm from Australia. Our Air...

Reckon in the future there is any chance we could create resin kits or something of those prototype toys that were made ages ago? Surely we can make molds or something and build our own bit by bit? A carrier for them would be awesome to.

Not to mention the Super Wing Commander one.

Ah that makes more sense. I assumed he had just before Maverick and Maniac arrived.

That's a good explanation. I'll go with the capture and fighter abandoned. The reason for that is if he did eject, wouldn't the cockpit be missing from his fighter?

Awell. I suppose that throws my argument out the Window. Only thing I can up with really is that Chris Roberts decided to change the dates which is a piss weak argument hehe. Just a couple little things though, how do the novels and all that explain the smaller inconsistencies such as...

I'll admit I haven't read the novels OR the apparent "script" that was going around which explained a lot of stuff cut from the final movie. So I assume the stuff I'm missing is in those books/documents. As for the dates, that's making sense. I can't remember off the top of my head what the...

But see I personally can't see the Wing Commander movie as a prequel to the first game. I mean it starts in the Enyo system like the first game. We meet a couple of the pilots from the actual game (unlike the Academy series which I assume takes place just before Wing Commander 1). Bossman is...
