EA has no support for Wing Commander games. Their support for current games is pathetic anyway.

Hit the after burners and out run the missile when you can. If things get too dicey then use a flare. But don't shoot them off all the time.

I think Battlefield 1942 comes very close. Most games, nearly all, will do 4.1. However with speakers such as the Logitech Z640s there is a feature on the centre speaker that will emulate 5.1 sound. It's an awesome little feature.

I know Wing Commander 4 did. Best example of the surround sound feel is the intro. When fighters fly past your screen or from behind.

The code is being displayed in the corner as it's showing the user what functions are being called etc. Otherwise known as 'developers mode'. It's always turned off on the final release game but in the mean time developers keep it on to show them frames per second, any errors in scripts etc.

Higher resolution models for the cinematics? Might not be so heavy on performance since the computer isn't worry about other things.

When I first read Kevin's first appearance, he seemed like the kind of guy that didn't need anyone to follow. He was very proud of himself and more of a leader than a follower.

They're pretty strict on knives and things like that. Especially in this day and age. The other problem is how the knife is hidden in the cross. Might ask for a collector's liscence of some sort to own it. Just depends.

It's pretty easy to do it. I snapped the inside ring part of my WarCraft 3 Cinematics DVD without even using any force. Lucky the part that broke is not the disc information part but rather the plastic bit that clips to the DVD case.

I'll be honest, I played a copy of the 'Alpha' (it's not a beta, hence why I am willing to bet money you could barely run it). You were playing a poor version of the game engine, that is why nothing worked. Even on my 9800 pro the game crawled. Do yourself a favour and wait for the full thing...
