That depends on the strain (energy requirement) of the device on the ship's power plant. You could compare that to the Excalibur's inability to afterburn just after coming out of cloak and delivering the T-bomb. There are trade-offs.

Until I get my hands on WCIV & Prophecy, I can't say much about those new ships. The closest ones are those in the database here in CIC. Just reading the postings on what EA did to WC products makes me

Lawrence is not Blair, but he reminds of Lightspeed (from WC Academy). Does this end in XII-Solo, or will the Special Ops flourish further (not just Weaver's)? Since I was more engrossed at visualizing the story, I did'nt bother looking at the details. The one thing I liked in the WC2 series...

Quarto: Just copied the entire 10 chapters... Looks like circa SO2 - Mandarins & Rebel Kitties. It'll take a while to digest, but I'll get back to you. Thanks again!

What I meant was, have you ever encountered a stealth fighter while flying one also? And, what if you collided? In WC2 I've seen Strakhas explode after colliding with one another (inflight-replay)

Starship Troopers anime looks great - Looks a lot like starcraft in 3d rendition.

What do expect from a winged baby rattle? I feel comfortable in a Broadsword - reminds me of the B-25s & B-29s

With the kind of customer service you get, I am not surprised why software piracy is up.

Quarto: Kilrathi Vengeance is the word and Thrakath epitomized it perfectly. He lost his father, because of you - Heart of the Tiger. Also, he lost many of his noble warriors.

I know it's un-WC. Multiplayer mode has yet to be done for WC and Armada is not playable in the internet due to its strictly DOS only environment. EA is going for Ultima Online, because it draws in more money - Pay for Play & Registered Users (discourages piracy too) Ultima is not as...

Yessss! Send it through my email. I'll open my profile just for that. Thanks!

Not in an Epee. At any rate, I did slam to a lot of Sartha. Three at the most, if they're slightly damaged. I did mention in another topic that I tried ramming a Fralthra with a Ferret. [This message has been edited by JoeyRP (edited June 27, 2000).]

Well, it would be an RTS like Starcraft blended with WC Armada when you jump into one of your ships. A Battle-Royale in multiplayer mode

Watch the ones in AXN, they're a bit exagerated for my taste. The plots, however, are very interesting.

He'd fit in WC4. Anyway, how about Kurt Russel, sans the eyepatch. An actor need not be a Scot. He has to mold himself into Paladin. It is their craft.

In that sortie, I've always tried to afterburn towards the weak spot. Funny, how the Arrow suddenly crawls when your wingman simply zoomed out in a nano!

Is your keyboard new? That happened to me, too and it disappeared when I changed the keyboard.

Yes, in fact you can almost fire indefinitely. Unfortunately, it's not that easy to lose one gun. I have, also, flown the Epee with one gun left. I get more kills that way. Drain vs recharge rate almost equal.

Beautifully done, Quarto! For a while I thought he would end up as Thrakath's special toy - (WC Armada)

How about James Coburn for Paladin? He could match the WC2 Paladin, built like a retired pilot. [This message has been edited by JoeyRP (edited June 26, 2000).]
