Mission 2 of Prologne

Major tells to get in formation and after we defeat the pirates. When I pull into formation everyone is standing still. I wait alwhile then I head back to the Wellington. I get a mission
complete, but when you go to debrief their is no debriefing. When I go to click on accept it says
that I failed the mission. What am I doing wrong?

Windows xp Pro,P4,1.8Ghz,40GB Hard Drive, 1GB of Memory, and my video card is NVIDIA Geforce 2 MX 100/200. My video card is up to date.

Its the mission escorting the transport. I wonder since we got relieved of escorting the Auroa that meant that we failed the primary objective. It didn't show up when we landed.
