Please excuse my ignorance if this has been an event that I missed.

I would love to attend a WC convention where we can meet, learn from each other, and experience our favorite WC versions on systems that we may have not been able to try. I also would love to check out other WC fans rarities and collectibles, as well as share some of my own.

For example, I would love to share my favorites like SWC, WC3, and WC4 on a optimized MAC, as well as SWC and WC3 on a genuine 3DO with HDMI out, and with a optimized CH flight stick pro. I love seeing WC fans reactions when they get to try these for the first time!

Again, please excuse me if this is something that has happened that I missed.

Is there any other interest in this?

Thanks, mk

If I remember correctly the guys here did go to a Dragon*Con convention some decades ago. But there is no Convention that I know of about WC

I am not sure there is one, but it would be fun!

I don't think there has ever been a Wing Commander convention! We used to talk about it back in the 90s, though. And we used to do a get together at Dragon*Con each year, but we haven't done one in quite a while. And Star Citizen's first "CitizenCon" was planned around a screening of the Wing Commander movie.

Anyway, I'd love to help put something like that together!

Maybe a virtual meeting would be easier to facilitate as I see here people from around the world
