I've seen a few references to this but no resolution posted. Does anyone have a fix for when enemies fail to appear at the jump point in Episode 1 Mission 2? Alternatively, does anyone have a save game for Mission 3 that I can try loading?

Recording here since I don't want to be That Guy. I tried a bunch of approaches but it seems that turning OFF compatibility mode and Run as Administrator has resolved this particular issue.

Thanks for replying with your solution. Some of the standoff devs check in from time to time but this is also overall a less active subforum so It's great to have your solution alongside the question
