[Bandit LOAF]

Last year, Mac of Mac's Lore created a series of crossover artwork showing characters from something called Girls Frontline 2: Exilium. And now he's added another one to the series!

Lenna & Leva Steal a Sabre - Wing Commander X Girls Frontline 2: Exilium (ArtStation)

F-57 SABRE by Adam Burch/Hangar B Productions
LENNA/UMP9 & LEVA/UMP45 MMD Models by MICA Team/Girls Frontline 2: Exilium
Rendering by Mac’s Lore

"Nee-San, it's Bear's Sabre from that movie, 'First to Kilrah!'"

Wing Commander ships are my equivalent to comfort food in the realm of 3D rendering. All the more reason to do something with one.

(I don't know who the Girls Frontline 2: Exilium girls are but I suspect they mean DOOMSDAY's Sabre.)

Amazing artwork

Sabre is underrated, maybe because everyone was waiting to fly the Crossbow or the Morningstar ..

I was going to say - IIRC, I'm pretty sure Bear was flying a Rapier right up until he suddenly became Tarawa's captain...

Admittedly, it's been a minute since the last time I read End Run, but I'm like 90% sure that's right.

Since Tarawa was mentioned, it had a wing of Sabres as bombers, right?

From what I recall Bear wasn't happy with the movie's accuracy, maybe they made his ship a Sabre instead of a Rapier and that's what Lenna and Leva saw? Sure, that's the answer!

Works for me.

Well the canon is enriched!

Oh dear, I made a mistake in the text. As penance, I better make more baffling Anime x Wing Commander stuff in the future.
