Contracting with Palmetto Publishing to push forward since Baen isn't interested in a WC style project. Have the lead illustrator as my project manager, and have sent in 51 pages worth of material, so it's a graphic novella
I had cleaned things up a few notches too on the way. and an idea for the cover.

Ok, here is a pdf share of what I sent as first copy with chatgpt as my (mediocre) illustrator. i'll have plenty of notes to send along on Monday along with the transcript. specs are definitely subject to change as it was a giant turd about text edits for the longest time...

Thanks! The hard part is more or less over at this point. Rough timeline I was told is 6-9 months to a finished product. I've got potentially three more in the pipeline.
Book two will be a siege of the inner worlds, while the Voran are busy dismantling human infrastructure in the outer worlds. It'll culminate in the Battle of Sirius, which will involve a feint of 16 Voran Dagger class dreadnoughts and their supporting cast to Alpha Centauri, while the second, larger Voran fleet waits for the forces in Sirius to send reinforcements... 32 more Daggers, a couple Shadow battle groups, and a horde of escorting corvettes. On the other side: project Audacious is waiting.
